A call up letter from the Office of the Traffic Commissioner starts the final part of the disciplinary process into your operators licence.
We can help you with the final preparations for appearing before the Traffic Commissioner. Although the Commissioner will hear your case on the day, it is often helpful to prepare some written submissions to help the Traffic Commissioner understand your case.
We can help you to understand the letter and prepare for the hearing. At the hearing we can help you present your best case for avoiding disciplinary action or minimising the risk of decision which would fundamentally change your business.
We do not represent clients that we have not visited in person. We like to have a full understanding of the business that we represent.
Our fees include;
- one visit to your operating centre,
- preparation of bundles,
- a review of financial standing,
- drafting written submissions to the Traffic Commissioner,
as well as advocacy on the day of the hearing.
I you would like to discuss your call up letter with us then contact Murray Oliver on 01473 353 222 or click on the Chat logo.
